Aron P. Rofer, ESQ

Mr. Rofer has over a 14 year portfolio of success practicing in the fields of mortgage and real estate law, compliance, and litigation with expert knowledge in regulations pertaining to ECOA, TILA, RESPA, HOEPA, HMDA, FCRA, QM, ATR, SECTION 32 and other related laws. Recognized by his peers and awarded the coveted “Super Lawyer – Rising Star in Real Estate Law” in 2013, Mr. Rofer has successfully litigated cases for major organizations and financial institutions such as KPMG, WAMU, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Rofer received his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.
EVP of Credit and Strategic Initiatives
Bryan has extensive experience and expertise in capital markets, product development, operations, technology and management. He has overseen more than $2.7 billion in Non-Agency originations and has experience running successful wholesale and correspondent divisions for national lenders. As President of B2B at a national, publicly traded mortgage company he oversaw capital markets, wholesale & correspondent divisions, NonQM production and was the head of IT R&D where his team pioneered proprietary AUS, automated conditioning engine, data integrity module, a custom portal and enhanced rules & reporting. He is regarded as one of the pioneers & thought leaders of NonQM and is passionate about growing the alternative lending market in a responsible way. His previous employers include prestigious firms such as: PIMCO, Capital One Bank & Credit Suisse.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Black served as the Chief Accounting Officer for Carnegie Mortgage LLC, a subsidiary of Grand Bank NA. Prior to Carnegie, Mr. Black also served in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer responsible for Accounting, Treasury, Facilities and Information Systems for Town & Country Credit, a subsidiary of Ameriquest Financial and Encore Credit, a subsidiary of ECC Capital Corporation. Mr. Black is an experienced financial services executive with nearly 30 years of industry experience beginning his career at Deloitte. Mr. Black received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bringham Young University.
VP of Direct Channel Division

In his current position, Mr. Craybas oversees the Direct to Consumer Lending operations including origination sales, underwriting, funding and post-closing operations. Prior to joining PCMA, Mr. Craybas was Director of Retail Operations for DLJ Financial where he improved operational efficiency and profitability. Mr. Craybas also served as Director of Sales for Consumer Direct Retail at Secured Funding Corporation. Mr. Craybas received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Management from Keene State University.
VP of Channel Operations
Smith is an industry recognized Senior Executive and results-oriented leader with vast experience managing all divisions of both direct and indirect channel mortgage banking operations. Smith has led both start-ups and expansion of existing mortgage operations and has held coveted industry positions such as President of Operations at Secured Funding Corporation, the nation’s largest privately held Home Equity Lender courted for acquisition by Capital One Financial Corporation.
VP of Corporate Operations
In her current position as VP of Corporate Development, Ms. Tucker is responsible for the implementation of PCMA’s corporate initiatives. Ms. Tucker has demonstrated her expertise in the ability to efficiently manage major components of the business by helping the company develop its practices and policies. She also maintains and manages the organizations accounting principles and records as well as overseas the organizations human resources practices.
Prior to PCMA, Ms. Tucker served as part of the Executive Management Team at Avid Law Center as well as Secured Funding where she relied on her extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals for the each organization. Krista comes to us with a wide range of skills that she has added to her career as well as her schooling at Mesa State University where she retained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
VP of Communications
Prior to joining PCMA, Mr. Jepson served as a managing partner for the Experience Firm. Mr. Jepson also served as CMO for Wild Tonic, SVP at Mota and Vice President at Treble Public Relations. Mr Jepson has led communications on two separate billion dollar acquisitions. Mr. Jepson is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in all facets of corporate and crisis communications, marketing, public relations and corporate strategy. Mr. Jepson received his BS in Communications from Vanguard University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jim has been defining and developing brand experiences for both clients and agencies for the better part of two decades. He brings a wealth of creative experience to PCMA from his time at Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Saatchi & Saatchi, JWT, Siegel+Gale, ING Financial, and McCann. Projects have included the launch of Microsoft’s Visual Studio, leading design for Toyota Motors Interactive and Infiniti Motors Interactive, and brand identity work for UCLA and Toyota Corporation.
